Shipping policy

Shipping cost is calculated directly by the shipping provider at check out based on your order and location. We do not determine the shipping cost at this time. 

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. If you have an issue with your order once you receive it, please see our refunds policy.

We are a small business, please allow at least 5-10 business days for order processing and verification. In the case of pre-orders, please refer to the shipping dates in the item description. 

To protect our customers, KAINOS is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and KAINOS will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address. If you need to alter the delivery address please contact the shipping provider directly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees determined by their country’s customs agency. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, KAINOS does not have visibility into or control over these fees and cannot pay them on your behalf.

We’re a small business and are actively working to update our shop to better reflect these costs at checkout. We know the current prices are high, and we’re doing our best to find a more affordable solution in the future. That said, many of our international customers asked us to open orders anyway, which is why this option is currently available. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue improving the experience.
